• We deliver across India through Third party logistics provider.
• We deliver to your floor only if you've mentioned the floor number in your address.
• Floor delivery also needs a service lift big enough for the product. If there's no lift, or the item doesn't fit, we'll deliver up to the building entrance / ground floor.
• Please check the product's dimensions before ordering, and make sure it can pass through your doorway, staircase, or lift.

• If the product delivered is damaged, defective, wrong or missing. Refund & replacement are available if reported within 12 hours of the delivery. Exchange of good is not applicable.

If a seller cancels due to stock unavailability or operational issues, the buyer will receive a full refund as applicable. Otherwise cancellation of product or any order is not applicable.

• Made-to-order pieces take [3-4 weeks] to build. In-stock pieces ship within [1-2 weeks].
